The home of good news worth shouting about, The Rooftop, has launched a new weekly broadcast series called Rooftop TV.

Featuring a roundup of the week’s top good news stories, the programme shines a spotlight on the issues that matter and the campaigns that are making a positive difference to people’s lives.

In this week’s show, Tom York interviews Madhane Kuflu, an inspiring young man who is using technology to help find a way out of homelessness, thanks to support from community interest company SocialBox.Biz, which provides free laptops and tablets to vulnerable people.

Also in the show, Editor of The Rooftop, Simon Francis shares positive stories about the latest fundraising efforts of The Royal National College for the Blind (RNC) and Yorkshire homeless charity Simon on the Streets.

New Rooftop TV episodes air every Friday lunchtime on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram TV.
