Rooftop TV: Tom York, Army Veterans, Horse Therapy For NHS workers

The home of good news worth shouting about, The Rooftop, has launched a new weekly broadcast series called Rooftop TV.

Featuring a roundup of the week’s top good news stories, the programme shines a spotlight on the issues that matter and the campaigns that are making a positive difference to people’s lives.

In this week’s show, Simon Francis shares news about a homeless army veteran who has put himself on the frontline of an ICU ward which looks after coronavirus patients, and a crowdfunder by a charity that wants to reward NHS workers with respite days with horses.

Plus, some positive news of our own – The Rooftop’s Tom York has been reunited with his husband in Italy after spending four months apart due to the lockdown.
