The Rooftop has this week published a new episode of our podcast, featuring an interview with Cherron Inko-Tariah MBE, the founder of The Power of Staff Networks.
We featured Cherron on The Rooftop last year on National Day for Staff Networks, and wanted to interview her for the podcast to mark the day this year. Our hosts Delia Antoine Burdett and Ian Morton spoke to Cherron about the origins of her consultancy, what employees can do to empower themselves and each other, and the benefits that staff networks bring to everyone in an organisation.
As part of her work with staff networks, Cherron facilitates bespoke training to educate employees on how to develop in their careers. Her consultancy helps organisations to understand the importance of a properly-run staff network to improve employee satisfaction and performance, nurturing staff innovation and confidence which can yield better results for the company overall. She has also published a book, The Incredible Power of Staff Networks.
