In these terms and conditions, “The Rooftop” means the website, editorial and social media content created by The Rooftop News CIC, a community interest company, registered in Scotland number SC675442 at The Melting Pot, 5 Rose Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2PR.

Regardless of how you access The Rooftop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and those of WordPress.

We aim to correct straightforward errors as soon as possible. This will usually be within 24 hours of receiving a notification. Please email editor [at] the rooftop [dot] news with “REQUEST FOR CORRECTION” in the subject line. The email should clearly state the article, nature of error and proposed correction. All complaints should start with a request for correction and, if the correction is declined, the complaints policy will be followed. This policy is the recommended approach by regulatory body IMPRESS.

Our site collects as little personal information as possible. By reading articles on this site, we do not collect any personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; or transactional data, such as purchase information.
