A Glasgow Mum has won a case on behalf of her daughter whose nursery was unable to provide any vegan options for her. The Mum challenged the local Council, which she won, resulting in the Council rolling out vegan options to all nurseries and schools in the area.

Charity pushes for vegan milk to be offered in school

The Vegan Society has launched a legal challenge to the Department of Health, claiming that its Nursery Milk Scheme discriminates against children with non-dairy diets. The charity has given the Department of Health 14 days to respond.
